Sales person Jamarcus was great. Other portion not as much. Jamarcus was a great help and very willing to work to get a deal for me and my husband. we were both there to buy vehicles. We did have a baby with us Jamarcus was a great help and very willing to work to get a deal for me and my husband. we were both there to buy vehicles. We did have a baby with us and we were there 7 hours, that is a little extreme, but we left satisfied with our cars and payments. Everyone was very friendly. Far above Toyota in Augusta. What was VERY upsetting is that we got a call a week later that they forgot to have us sign a paper and needed us to come up there. We came one day and waited, on our daughters birthday, and had to leave because the wait was so long. So we drove all the way back, 30 miles from home, the next day to sign these papers. We get there and it is not just papers. The manager went into a long excuse making sure he repeated several times that it was not his fault, he was not there, about how our papers were wrong. Luckily for my husband, his payment did not change. They went into some garbage that my payment was going to be $100 more. They had me in tears coming at me with that. They said I couldn't be a loyal customer because of my credit. Even though I have been with Toyota, on my own, since I was 21 an NEVER been late on a payment EVER. PLUS BOTH cars we traded in were Toyota and they were BOTH in my name. They eventually worked it out where my payment was only $1 more, which they should have done LONG before I walked back in that building. I recommended my parents to buy a car from you. They happened to be there that day. Had I been screwed over, my dad said he would walk out and go back to Toyota in Augusta. Luckily it turned out ok, and my dad bought a Tundra. So you got 3 sales because of me. I thought I would get just a little better treatment then to be blindsided and made to cry. I allowed both my vehicles to be traded at your company for two brand new cars and told my parents to go up there right away and get a truck, and they did. I would have thought someone would have sent me a thank you or some kind of reward for that. I mean, 3 car sales is a lot of money! Again, Jamarcus was great, he even put gas in my car again for driving out there 2 more times! I feel bad my parents didn't ask for him because he was great and I would have loved for him to get the sale. We will come back for Jamarcus again and hope that the rest of the experience goes a little better. More
