BAD experience This was my first car buying experience and it was everything I feared. I felt like I was not taken seriously and I was looked down upon and taken adv This was my first car buying experience and it was everything I feared. I felt like I was not taken seriously and I was looked down upon and taken advantage of. I was poorly taken care of, talked to and left very disappointed. I felt very uncomfortable talking to my sales rep and thought it was rude when he came back with sarcastic comments to my questions. He also didn't have a lot of answers to the questions I was asking which I thought was unprofessional. He lacked the positivity I was hoping for and completely turned me away from this dealership. I found the same vehicle I was looking for at another dealership with an outstanding staff. I hope anyone else who visits this dealership doesn't have the horrible experience I had. More
