Great new car-buying experience. We've spent two months searching coastal South Carolina and Georgia for that right car with the right details. Some Toyota dealers said Toyota doesn't make that car. Others found a car, offered a deal in writing, then upon our arrival found the sales agent "made an error" and the offer was rescinded. Then the staff attempted to "handle" us. We walked out of more than a couple of dealers. Jose Ledeaux said he could locate the exact car we wanted. He did. He worked at getting a fair deal. Upon our arrival, JOSE HONORED THE DEAL! Andrew Storck went on our test ride and helped us understand how the technology and features worked on the car. A must for those over 40. He even synched our phones to the car for us. Joseph Whitfield was helpful with the financing and explored options to build the best deal for us. Likewise, he took time to answer and explain the answer to all of our questions. All three gentlemen were professional and personable. Although we drove more than 100 miles to buy this car, we will start here with our next new Toyota purchase. Toyota would be wise to send agents to Bob Richards Toyota to help them learn courtesy, tenacity, professionalism, and service from the likes of these three. More
