I have been dealing with Doug Beasley and this is the second vehicle I had him coordinate service on. I trust Doug to be fair and honest and to insure that my vehicles are repaired correctly. He has even taken the time to call me at home to see how the vehicle was working and if I was satisfied with the job they done. I know that I can depend on Doug to give me an honest estimate and to follow the work being done to make sure that it is done correctly. When Staci Thompson came by to say hello to my wife , because she knew Staci from our hometown, Marcus very graciously stepped aside to allow Staci to become our salesperson. This "touch of class" was heartfelt and showed what team members everyone at Bob Richard's Toyota were! We had a wonderful experience and found exactly what we were looking for without any pressure from Staci as she answered our questions and showed us the vehicles that were available. We left feeling like we were well informed , then returned the next day to purchase our 2016 Camry! As usual we had a wonderful experience and Bought our 7th car in 4 years from Antwan . He is the most trustworthy sales representative I have ever done business with . I was a Chrysler Supervisor for many years but due to the service we get from Antwan I am now the proud owner of 3 Toyota corolla's .
