The service appointment process through the website was easy and fast; Tom, our service rep is knowledgeable and courteous but I am only giving 4 stars because they failed to notice there was a issue when easy and fast; Tom, our service rep is knowledgeable and courteous but I am only giving 4 stars because they failed to notice there was a issue when reconnecting a plug that triggered a Check Engine light to go on and the A/C to stop working.
