Everything seemed great until the next day I purchased a "CPO" 2013 Acura TSX on Dec 30, 2014. Everything seemed good; the negotiation with Mr. Barrette was pleasantly honest and accommodating I purchased a "CPO" 2013 Acura TSX on Dec 30, 2014. Everything seemed good; the negotiation with Mr. Barrette was pleasantly honest and accommodating and I did not feel like there was any BS going on. I was also assured that they vehicle had undergone a "Strict comprehensive inspection" and that anything cosmetic, etc. had been addressed and fixed. Seemed legit at the time, however the next day when it was not raining and I had a chance to wash the car I noticed strange touch up paint on the hood of the car which should not have passed inspection, there was a chip in the windshield that I think was hidden under the rain of that day, the driver side window makes a noise as if it will break at some point and when I attempted to address this with the dealer's service department I was basically told that I should have pointed this out before taking delivery of the vehicle. Fine, I can deal with that. However this past Saturday I went to change the oil (swap out for synthetic and a real oil filter) I noticed that the drain bolt was torqued on so tight that a high powered professional impact drill could not loosen it at all. On top of that the crush washer that is supposed to always be installed is nonexistent. Needless to say I contacted the dealership's service department again and was given the runaround and told that this might take at least an hour and that no appointments are available. All I was asking for was to loosen the bolt enough for me to drive the car back home to change the oil myself. I do not see why this would take any longer than 10 minutes. I advised the service person that I will have to figure it out and tried numerous other dealerships in OC that would not help me. I called back and spoke to the receptionist/service appointment person who apologized for the situation and said she would have a service advisor call me back first thing Monday morning. Needless to say it's 12:30pm on Monday and I have not heard a thing from the dealership. More
Overall a very positive sales experience Was in the market for a new TLX for my daughter so I internet shopped half a dozen local dealers. Terry (the internet manager) gave me the second best price but I found his responses were very professional. I took awhile to buy and he checked in with me every 10 days or so just to see if he could help. I even asked him for a price quote on the ILX so I may have seemed wishy-washy to him, but he gave me a prompt response. Finally decided to visit the dealership for a TLX test drive and to check out all the color combinations. Upon arrival Terry led me to David Crawford who took us all out for the test drive. David took us on an extended drive and pointed out all of the car's attributes. After we returned to the dealership he showed us how all the gadgets worked and all available color combinations. My daughter told me that David was a nice respectful person who was not pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about doing best for us. He actually spent an hour and a half with us and this was when the dealership was quite busy. One of the best salespersons I have run across! Ten days later we decided to buy and e-mailed our color preferences to Terry. He checked his future deliveries and told me only one was coming in within 30 days and asked me if I wanted it. I told him I had a better price from another dealer (didn't tell him the price) and he promptly gave me an even better price so we had a deal. Arrived at the dealership and started the paper processing. David went through everything and forwarded it to Johnny Gonzalez in finance. We never talked price but once we got to financing the price shown was the agreed upon price. Johnny went through all the paperwork to make sure everything was in order (especially that we received the Acura College Grad credit). He was very helpful and wanted to make sure we understood everything. He did try to sell us the extended warranty program (Acura Care) at a dealer inflated price (seemed like that was a mandatory job assignment) but I politely declined and that was it. Total processing time was two hours... Went back to David who made sure all of my questions were answered before I drove off. He also gave me a coupon for complimentary oil change. In the week after the purchase both David and the general sales manager called to thank me for my purchase and to let me know if I had any problems to let them know and they would fix it. Overall a very positive sales experience. More
Best car and best dealership I've ever encountered Patrick and Randy are outstanding in the service department. They are knowledgeable, efficient and really do care about their customer. When you are waiting for your car to be serviced, they give you periodic updates so the customer does not feel like they have been forgotten. I ordered a special seat cover for my new MDX that was back ordered. Randy and Patrick diligently followed through with several calls and updates. It is very hard to find a dealership where their service people really do care. I had a question on my extended warranty that I had purchased and was not getting resolution with the finance person or sales associate who now are no longer with the dealership and now I understand why. As I was very frustrated that no one was following through with the issue, I mentioned to the service department that I was very dissatisfied and I was going to talk to the General Manager. The service person said that she would pass on the information and Sean, the Sales Manager would contact me shortly. She was right. Within minutes after dropping off my car for service and leaving the dealership, I received a call from Sean. We spoke on the phone and I told him I would come see him when I returned. He knew that my husband and I were not happy. Much to our surprise because most of the time dealerships don't seem to care after they sell the car to you, Sean made it right!!! He really wanted us to be satisfied and we truly are. Not only do we love our car, but the dealership and their employees. More

Norm Reeves Acura of Mission Vieja is awesome! I searched all over for a certain make, model, and color car that I wanted. I found THE car, only problem was it was 500 miles away from where we live. I spoke with the Internet Sales Manager Hooman Keyvan. He bent over backwards for us and helped get the car delivered to us. Hooman worked with us on the financial aspect of things knowing how much we were able to spend. Sean Waller also helped us with the financing and did a ton of foot work for us. Hooman and Sean both checked out the car for us, as we're were blindly buying the car without having seen it in person, and those two guys were true to their word about how clean and we'll taken care of the car was by the previous owner. I'd refer anybody to them! They weren't a typical pushy car dealership who called every hour to force a sale. Hooman was patient and gave us the time we needed to talk about things, and luckily our car didn't sell in the meantime! Thanks for everything! More

He worked hard at getting me the payments I needed and I LOVED my Acura. I knew when the time came to get into a new car, I had to go back. Matthew is no longer in sales but he took the time to get us set up and introduce us to Bill Barrette, our Salesman for my second Acura. Again, we had a great experience buying our car. Bill was informative and friendly. I will definitely go back when it's time to look into a new vehicle again and I will be telling all my friends! Thank you Matthew and Bill! This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership. On both occasions, I felt like the team of individuals treated me with respect and negotiated with a high degree of integrity. David is dealership. On both occasions, I felt like the team of individuals treated me with respect and negotiated with a high degree of integrity. David is a good salesman who knew the RDX well. He knew his products well enough to be able to compare and contrast the technology features of the RDX versus my previous Acura. He is not the creepy salesman that harps on the question of "are you going to buy the car today?" (I just hate that and is usually a reason for me to walk away from the dealership.) David gave me the information and let the product sell itself. I felt that during the negotiations, Matthew, Sales Manager, would make a point, and I would make the counterpoint which he acknowledged and accepted. I did not feel like I was negotiating with a brick wall, but rather an actual person who was striving to hit that moderate point where both the dealership and the customer would be happy. Paul, General Manager, did what he could to meet my needs in a professional and friendly manner. In the end, I felt like I received a GREAT deal. As stated above, this is my second car I've purchased from this same dealership. When seeking my next car, I intend to return and give these guys my business. It's a great dealership that knows the importance in integrity when dealing with customers. More
It was a wonderful experience at this dealership when my wife and i bought a new 2014 Acura RDX on 12/29 from Riz. Riz was polite and helpful. He was not pushy either. The best part of the whole experience was that we asked for a very low price for the SUV, using KBB value (minus a few hundred) as the basis of our offer. They came back agreed to the price quickly w/o hesitation. And, because this dealership didn't have the color we wanted, they went to another dealership and traded for the color we wanted, 100% at their own expense! They didn't force us to put down a deposit either. Which means we could've walked away, they pay for the dealer trade, and not getting our business still. They took on the risk! (My wife and i had to leave the dealership for another personal appt. after they had committed on pricing and getting us the color we wanted.) Within a hour, Riz called us telling us the car is on its way to their dealership. This was the best car buying experience for me, ever! We highly recommend Norm Reeves Acura.
