Almost everyone I know does not like visiting dealerships because of the sales personnel. I have visited multiple dealerships over the past 3 weeks test driving various cars, and by far Matthew Molus has be because of the sales personnel. I have visited multiple dealerships over the past 3 weeks test driving various cars, and by far Matthew Molus has been the best consultant I have dealt with. He is what I would expect from a sales consultant - he listens very well, aligned himself with my particular situation, knows his products well, made me feel at home and not afraid to visit the dealership. I have been there 3 times and have no reservations about dropping in as I figure out what I am going to do. In short, he is a true professional and an asset for Norm Reeves Acura. I am a fairly critical person and have been told I am hard to satisfy - I just have high expectations, and Matthew is what I would expect and more. I wish Matthew the best and Norm Reeves Acura the best - it is all about fairness and leadership - they seem to have a lock on it! More

I instantly liked him. I wanted to see and test-drive a 2014 Acura RDX Basic, which Mark dutifully accomodated me. He explained the features of the new RDX while I was test-driving the car. Had good info input and didn't feel any pressure from Mark about "making a deal". He answered all my questions. Felt comfortable interacting with him. He was very professional. I took his card and told him "I was just starting to look at my car buying options". Went to several other dealers to look at cars, but in the end (after two days) I decided to go back to Mark Church at Norm Reeves Acura for I felt I could do business with him. I ended up buying a new 2014 Acura RDX from Mark after he was able to match a lower price given by another dealer. I have bought and negotiated new car purchases over the years, but dealing with Mark Church at Norm Reeves ACURA was by far my most positive car buying experience. Michael Oberst 10-31-13 More

Doc Nick is an excellent customer service person, while looking around the parking lot, we asked him to assist us with opening a vehicle, he was already working with another family and he didn't make us wa looking around the parking lot, we asked him to assist us with opening a vehicle, he was already working with another family and he didn't make us wait, he went inside got the keys and within minutes my wife and I were drive testing the vehicle, he explained everything about it. Doc Nick has to be one of the friendliest sales man I ever dealt with as he never pushed us to look at the more expensive cars. My wife and I really appreciated that from Nick. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family, but more importantly, I would ask them to ask for Doc Nick Daramus. Best sales...not a sales man, best customer first oriented gentleman. More
Decided to purchase the new MDX before I even went for the test drive. The car I tested rattled and the sales rep tried to not address it. Went back the next day and worked with a different rep. Besides it being a slow process, we decided on the color and they said they would pick it up tomorrow am and call us. We left a hefty deposit and they ran our credit rate. Most of the day went by and we never received a call. We started calling and leaving messages and finally got a call back. They never got the car and sounded like they didn't try very hard. They told me I can wait 9 weeks. I found 2 dealers locally who had the car. I called one of them, drove out and got it. It was a better price, better finance rate. Oh, best part of the story is they deposited our check 2 days later (after they promised it would be torn up). We left messages for the GM who would not return any of my messages. Finally got someone to help us, they did cut a check but were not apologetic. I just got the impression it was not by accident. I would never go here for service and telling everyone to never buy a car from them. More
So to continue about this dealership I receive an apology from the general manager and asked to call. I call and get thrown around most of the day until someone in SALES calls me. The last person I spoke to said he agrees this is a general manager need to make an appointment and let service know this car is coming. So, I wait another day of no call from the general manager. I was referred to this dealership by a coworker. I went in for a vehicle I was interested in buying. I met with Sean and Matthew. They were prompt, friendly and up front. They had the vehicle but unfort in for a vehicle I was interested in buying. I met with Sean and Matthew. They were prompt, friendly and up front. They had the vehicle but unfortunately couldn't sell it to me because it did not pass their safety inspection. They were apologetic and did not try to sell me a different vehicle. Salesperson made false promises just to get the sale. The CD was stuck which did not allow us to listen to the radio and the visor on the driver's side would not fold down. We closed the sale of the vehicle after the service department was closed and he verbally promised that the items were an easy fix and asked us to bring the vehicle back at a more convenient time. At the time, we were very satisfied with his service and professionalism not realizing that we should have had him write his promises down because the following day, he denied telling us that this could be fixed at no cost to us. I work for a bank and I understand how important it is to provide the best customer service and making good on my promises because I know that I represent the reputation of my bank. Apparently Norm Reeve Acura of Mission Viejo does not care about their reputation. All I know is that the following day, I called the salesperson, Nick, and he started to become very vague about whether or not he can get the items fixed since we did not put it in writing. He still suggested that we come down and have the service department look at the vehicle. I called the service department and spoked to Amanda. She asked what the problems were and who was my salesperson and she would get back with me. Later that day, she left a message and stated that the problems with my car had to be referred out to the Mercedes-Benz dealership. She had placed a call to them and would get back to me. After 5 days with no word, I had to call her back and remind her of my situation. She said that she would follow-up on this and get back with me. She called back the same day and told me that after talking to her service manager, I could take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz dealership and have them work on the vehicle and the bill will be taken care of by Norm Reeves Acura of Mission Viejo. I repeated everything she told me just to make sure I was hearing correctly. She confirmed and asked to me call her before I went to the dealership. I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership and they suggested that I make an appointment and give all the details to the service person, Christian, when I arrive. The morning of the appointment, I called Amanda to inform her I was on my over there in 1/2 an hour. I got a message machine and left a voice mail. That morning I left my vehicle with the instructions Amanda gave me and provided her phone number. I did not hear from Christian until the next day in the afternoon telling me that there seemed to be a problem and he was waiting for Amanda to call back. She was not returning his calls. I called and also left a message. Apparently we were getting the runaround. The service department had to wait until someone talked to the salesperson again and he was not in until the next day. We had to wait another day wondering what was going on. The next day we finally get an answer. The salesperson is denying that he made any promises even though at the time my husand was test driving the car, he mentioned getting things fixed in front of him and my son. I am very disappointed that the salesperson is behaving this way and even more so in the company. I had thought that Norm Reeves Acura was a very good reputable company and what ever differences there were, they would make it right for the customer. At the bank, we always make it right by our customer because at the end its the customers happiness that counts and keepsm us in business. We were sent to the Mercedes-Benz on a false pretense and hope that everything would be alright. We originally came to the Acura dealership to look for a possible car for out soon to be 16-yr old. We have two older boys that currently own Acuras and have been very happy with the vehicle. When my husband saw the Benz, he thought that he would my boy's vehicle on the back burner and surprise me with the Benz as a gift. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Norm Reeves for the other vehicle if this is how they treat their customers. I hope all future potential customers beware and goes elsewhere for their Acuras. More
