I called Norm Reeves Acura and asked for one of the Internet Sales people who happened to not be around at the time. By the time I could get down there, it was already 730 pm and Cheyenne was gone. Nick, who was there at the time, helped me out. He didn't seem like a typical car salesman, more like an old friend. No pressure at all -- no exaggeration here -- he basically negotiated on my behalf. It was an amazing experience. By the time I test drove and signed the papers to buy the car, it was 1145 pm, well past closing time. Nick and Brent were still there going strong. I never imagined having a car buying experience like the one I had here. More

My Husband and I received some online prices on a TSX and a TL which looked pretty good to me so we came down to check them out. Prior to my arrival I talked to salesperson Nick and told him I was interested in this particular used vehicle, He said he would meet me at the dealership after we drove from San Diego. Nick insured us that the drive would be worth the time to see this vehicle,and that he would fill our gas tank up if we did not like it. Well we met Nick and he was absolutely correct, this vehicle was very nice. after our test drive we had a few question about this vehicle, Nick was not sure of a few things since this vehicle was not an Acura, but with the teamwork of this dealership they were all able to answer all our questions. We purchased the vehicle and drove back home to San Diego. The nice thing about the entire staff is that whether we spend alot for a vehicle or a minimal amount of money we were still treated like a valued customer. Most impressively of salesperson nick was he pulled out a crayon drawing of his daughters work and said he carried with him. He understood my lack of car knowledge, and explained my options to me in a very understanding, kind and unassuming manner. Another thing I liked was that he didn't mind conversing about things other than the car I was looking at. We talked about baseball, politics, and even about his experience as a chiropractor. Because of that, I never felt at all pressured into making the purchase. He is a fair and honest salesman, something I picked up on after our quick ten minute negotiation. I recommend Nick to anyone who is interested in buying or leasing a car. Trust me, I would not waste my time writing a review if I didn't like the guy. More

Norm Reeves Acura Mission Viejo is absolutely unsurpassed with regards to a relaxed buying/leasing experience without pressure. Nick is a great guy to work with - honest, kind, and pleasant. Was expecting to get hit by "hidden fees" etc. but everything was as promised with no surprises.
