Was having issues with my control cluster and ended up having to get a used one offline, dealerships around me said they could not be reprogrammed without even looking it. Start your schedule at 8:30 after your team has had time to meet and get their schedule for the day worked out before customers show up. You also know that everyone is going to start calling at 8:00am to check on their vehicles or ask questions. 8:30 appointment allow you to get your day started without customers waiting on service. Also it will give you time to process the vehicles that had been left that morning for those headed to work. Just some suggestions that I noticed sitting and waiting on my truck. More
