My wife took her car in for a oil change and specifically told them not to check the engine air filter and the cabin air filter cause I always change them myself, when she went to pay for the oil change she told them not to check the engine air filter and the cabin air filter cause I always change them myself, when she went to pay for the oil change she was told that both of the air filters needed to be changed. And it was written on the work order that both air filters where nasty, customer declined to change. She should’ve wrote customer said they will change them. When my wife got in her car they left the glove box open, when it shouldn’t have ever been opened because they wasn’t supposed to check the filters in the first place. More
