Very slow service. Did not keep up with the point of miles put on my vehicle. Then, charged me over $400 and still did not fix the issue More

I dropped off my Jeep and you kept it for many weeks. You had a tech drive it to and from home using a full tank of gas. Then your tech said he was only going to charge me for a OEM thermostat and acted like he did me a great favor. Then I had to refill my empty tank...$60. Your system showed in and out only driving 5 miles??? Then within 50 miles the check engine light...the same thermostat issue came back on. Brought it back to you, and after changing many parts you said it needed a temp sensor and wanted to charge me another $240. That was ridiculous after already paying you over $400 to fix an issue putting parts on my vehicle it did not need. I decided to pick up vehicle, and it took me 5 minutes with a 19mm xxxxxxx to replace the $15 part. While all this was going on, last Friday I called and talked with Reggie about the fact that my back gate has a dent in it that must have happened over the weeks sitting in your parking lot. He promised to call me back today but no response. You guys may be just completely overwhelmed in your new location, but are absolutely beyond my understanding of acceptable issues and should be ashamed of your terrible customer service.
