Extremely nice. Made sure I had what I needed to be able to continue to care for my 2 special needs children while my van was being repaired. I did not expect it to take 2 months and 3 days, but nonetheless they made sure I had another van and I am forever grateful for that. However, a few days in to having my van back, one of the power slide doors quit working and both key fobs are not working correctly. One of them is only a few months old. I also found purple sparkly fake nails in my floor board and I do not wear fake nails and neither does anyone that would have been in my van. When I dropped my van off the gas tank was almost full and when I picked it up it was on E. So much so that had it not “dinged” before I turned to go home my entire family and I would have been stranded. They did clean my van inside and out before returning it to me which I am also thankful for. The parts for the door have been ordered and is covered by Chrysler which is definitely a God Wink. I am just frustrated. Dodge in Dothan, Al screwed me with this van and now Dodge in Enterprise, Al is trying to help me keep my kids going to all their medical appointments and not go bankrupt at the same time. More

Traveling thru Enterprise on business and noticed a significant vibration. They were able to work me in and resolve that issue as well as service the vehicle and take care of a recall issue.
