TERRIBLE! Dealership had car over 2 months to service the car. The car had recently had major work done and would not crank. I talked to five different service writers over the 2 month period about the a the car. The car had recently had major work done and would not crank. I talked to five different service writers over the 2 month period about the automobile....Excuses due to COVID where acceptable, but should not have resulted in taking two month to diagnose the problem and repair the automobile. As a family we have used the dealership, under another owner, for over 50 years. Totally dissatisfied with service, time taken to complete the repairs (we are not talking a major engine rebuild), and the frequent "guarantees" that it would be ready by (fill in the blanks), I would recommend anyone needing service, find another dealership, My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating!!!! More
