I was never contacted 2 months past the date I was supposed to be, so I returned to get an update...only to be 2 months past again. I got my estimate for the work needed immediately as asked and noth supposed to be, so I returned to get an update...only to be 2 months past again. I got my estimate for the work needed immediately as asked and nothing. Justin didn’t even believe my warranty covered the work until o had to explain it to him. I’m a service member and I was treated better in basic training. I won’t be returning, ever. Keep the mirror and email me the estimate so I can go elsewhere! More

We dropped our car off for an oil change appointment and the service department never called to let me know when my car was ready/finished. When We called to find out the status, the service department had the service department never called to let me know when my car was ready/finished. When We called to find out the status, the service department had closed and We were without the use our car for the evening. We had dropped the car off at 1:00pm and the service department either didn’t finish the oil change or didn’t let us know it was complete by close of business. More
