So thankful for Alan and the Enterprise dealership. I called numerous dealerships around the area and all told me I would be without my vehicle for a minimum of 2 weeks. When I called and spoke with Alan called numerous dealerships around the area and all told me I would be without my vehicle for a minimum of 2 weeks. When I called and spoke with Alan, he told me to bring my vehicle in that day and they would see what they could do to get me going in less time. I had my vehicle back by the end of the day! He also explained the correct oil change timing vs what another dealership told me. Justin was also very friendly and helpful with getting me an estimate for brake work that needs to be done.
