not informed of their product said under floor storage on our 2500 Ram-went to show us / said oh I guess it doesn't have it, wont provide trailer tire pressure monitors that manuel said under floor storage on our 2500 Ram-went to show us / said oh I guess it doesn't have it, wont provide trailer tire pressure monitors that manuel states is included. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. Rusty in parts is rude if you don't agree with him-he stated my truck did not come with trailer tire monitors but, manuel states it does-I ask him for that in writing and he refused to give it to me. If he is correct what is harm in providing written statement of it. I guess he doesn't want false info traced back to him. Truck was supposedly cleaned for us-windshield was so smeared had to clean it myself when I got home. Given temp tag receipt that I did not look at and it had dates that already expired on it. More
