I was only there to get an oil change. I usually buy a new car every 3 years but had no intentions of doing so that day. The wait time was unacceptable. I had an appt scheduled for 10:00 and didn't leave there til close to 1:00. I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation and if I knew it would I had an appt scheduled for 10:00 and didn't leave there til close to 1:00. Being a military family it’s so hard to know who to trust, but we never questioned the sincerity of Brent Bailey and the team at Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We were very particular on the vehicle trust, but we never questioned the sincerity of Brent Bailey and the team at Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We were very particular on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The sales team didn’t pester but really listened to our wants and expectations. Brent was extremely patient as we waited for the perfect vehicle to become available. As soon as he found it, he called and worked with my schedule to make it happen. A small issue was found shortly after purchase and Mitchell CDJR never hesitated to fix the problem and offer a loaner until the job was finished. They could’ve easily said “not our problem.” If you are in the market and want a sales man that is truly in your corner, Brent Bailey is the best choice. I can say with upmost certainty that this was the best car buying experience our family has ever experienced. Well done Mitchell CDJR for hiring such an upstanding person.
