This dealership my wife and I were a little reluctant to initially give us a loaner car. Once after the findings of the issue with DEF APPROX 2 hrs. I discussed with lady because my orig agent helping was out to lunch and of course dealership did not have specified injector part no fault of their own but was informed they would have to order and I asked are there any other dealerships around we could check thru? Of course yes an hour away so I asked if they had a driver they said yes but out on a run to take someone home. I said ok ok hour there hour back they say we stay late if parts are being installed I said ok waited almost hour by then it was 1:30 ish I text Dave my agent I asked we are hungry could I borrow a car for a couple hours he text back said when my driver arrives back. Not sure if Dave meant the driver for parts or driver for someone. So my wife says I think there is a store about a milie away I said I don’t think it’s that far so I returned into service desk ask Dave where or how far store was he says you walk up past the buildings then pass Sante Fe and it’s right past the motel, I hesitated then I was aggravated I started walking to the store he was no help! I walked up to store up the road. Coming back into dealership a man approached me as I was walking from highway says could I help you sir? I said no sir we are a lil late for that my truck is being seen about I wasn’t friendly kinda kept walking he ask you live across the street I said no sir, I hesitated mind you we are out by the highway coming in the entrance, I said I walked to the store to get my wife something, he says well you didn’t have to do that you could of asked someone, I said I did in a way to challenge the customer service! I returned walking and shortly 10min or so Dave Dave walks out and says loaner vehicle is ready we received the truck and just proceeded to our RV 20 miles away. I received a call about 5 ish pm or so Dave says they haven’t seen the driver not sure what happened with him. Ok.. Keep truck overnite. At 7:30 am next morning I send text and say good morning let me know when my truck will ready as I have an appt at 9 with surveyor we are buying in Ozark I will be in the field. At 12:44 I think Jessica or one of the other ladies calls says it’s ready to be picked up. Now he was texting yesterday not sure what kind of program he was on but it def wasn’t yesterdays program texting!! So I tell the lady on the phone I said, we are busy in the woods picking ticks off us and smashing snakes heads it will be a couple hours later. Now I’m finished because closing out his customer the next day on the afternoon Dave seemed like a diff person. Mr Cary we will need to go over to cashier I said ok. I sign off and I said this where you pay and then the questionnaire, Dave says It was next thing I was going to bring up breathing cigarette smoke in my face grrrrr. Sorry you smoke but use mints or gum I wanted to say. I quit 20 yrs ago I know they have an unpleasant odor. So with his comment of we have a survey and that’s how I’m rated for a bonus my mind just threw in the towel. More
