Charge for work that should have been free. Didn’t tell me that there is a cash price and a debit card price. Had over a $1000 worth of brake work done and asked if they would rotate tire will Didn’t tell me that there is a cash price and a debit card price. Had over a $1000 worth of brake work done and asked if they would rotate tire will they where already going to be off and they said yes. Wanted me to pay $40 for the rotate. I don’t think so. When auto was finished the price was higher than quote until my wife challenged them. You can sell all the cars in the world but if your service department is not accommodating to customers that kills your dealership in my mind. I was extremely agitated with two days of emails and the tire issue/price by the time I actually picked up my Jeep and when the lady told me there was a 3.5% of total to pay by debit I lost it. I’ve bought my last vehicle from Mitchell dealerships. More
