I was very pleased with the service I received from Mitchell Chrysler in Enterprise, AL. Josh and Bob were super helpful. The only thing is that I think the part that needed to be replaced should have Mitchell Chrysler in Enterprise, AL. Josh and Bob were super helpful. The only thing is that I think the part that needed to be replaced should have been under warranty because this truck belongs to the USDA and this is the 2nd truck on our area team to have the same thing happen. Also this truck is only one year old with less than 15,000 miles on it. The reason I came to Mitchell Chrysler is because the service department at the Dodge/Chrysler dealership in Dothan,Al is where we initially took it and they were awful. They kept the truck for 3 days and said it would be 8 days before they could get the part and 3 different people said it would be under warranty and then on day 3 said it would not be under warranty. So we took the truck to Mitchell Chrysler and they had the part in 3 days and charged almost $200 less than what Dothan Chrysler was going to charge. I will never refer anyone to Dothan Chrysler but will always recommend Mitchell Chrysler. More
