Kiaira was my service advisor and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was easy to communicate with and is just what you want as a service representative. I also dealt with Justi knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was easy to communicate with and is just what you want as a service representative. I also dealt with Justin, who is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, above average in knowledge about Chrysler vehicles, and who believes in taking care of the customer no matter what. The dealership has a well trained and experienced staff that should be your only choice for servicing and repairing your FCA vehicle. I applaud Chris and especially Gary (the technician who worked on my vehicle) for their dedication and professionalism. I would also like to point out Josh, the service manager. The service department ran into an issue where their porter was running late on a task for another department and was unable to pick me up at the time promised. I was in no hurry and told the service department they could just pick me up the following day, but to my surprise the service manager himself picked me up at the promised time. He didn’t have to do it, but he explained that he would do whatever was necessary to take care of each customer and I did appreciate it. That shows me the service department will use any means at their disposal to see to the needs of their customers. If anything, the service department could use more personnel at their disposal. If the porter has to go on a task for a different department or you have to wait for a technician to be available before you can get a shuttle ride, maybe the service department should be allocated more resources by the dealership. Remember that your surveys are two parts: the employees you dealt with and the dealership itself. If you have a problem with one, don’t penalize the other, whether employee or dealership experience. I can’t say enough about the service Dept at Mitchell Ram. Justin Woytek went above and beyond helping me with the issue with my 2018 Ram Express. The issue was resolved and I would bring my vehicle back Ram. Justin Woytek went above and beyond helping me with the issue with my 2018 Ram Express. The issue was resolved and I would bring my vehicle back to Justin without hesitation if I ever have another issue. Now I’d like to talk directly to the management of Mitchell Ram. Processional body shop had my vehicle for 4 WEEKS!! Professional body shop voluntarily told me that when I dropped my vehicle off on Jan 25, it sat for 6 days with no work performed on it. I finally stopped by their shop after over two weeks with no information from them and Justin calling them and all they were telling him was it wasn’t ready. When I stopped by, my truck was sitting out back in the yard with no windshield installed and my $1500 aftermarket leather interior was filthy and exposed. Numerous “ready by dates” came and went with no communication about why my vehicle was not ready. I will say this, thank you to Mitchell group for allowing me to have a loaner during those 4 WEEKS. Otherwise I would have not been a very understanding person. It was still disappointing not have the use of my truck to haul or tow the things I needed. I finally got my truck back on Fed 23rd. and 1) the interior was a filthy mess! )2 there was garbage and used product in the bed of my truck 3) I keep a few towels under my rear bench seat. All of the towels were SOAKING wet!! Which leads me to believe that somehow water got into my truck. Professional swore to me that my truck was never outside when the front windshield was removed, or the third brake light or the XM SAT antenna was also removed. So how did all of that water get inside of my truck?? If I owned a dealership and I contracted with a body shop that did this to one of my clients vehicle’s, I would seriously consider not giving this body shop any more of my business.
