Excellent all around. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. I bought my Jeep 6 months ago, but just heard about this site and wanted to share my expe I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. I bought my Jeep 6 months ago, but just heard about this site and wanted to share my experience. I rarely (if ever) write online reviews, positive or negative, but my experience here was above and beyond what I expected, so alas here I am. Wyllys, Lou, and Paul were all incredible to work with. They understood my needs, offered me a fair value for my trade-in, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. The car was in amazing condition and have had no issues whatsoever in the first 6 months. During the buying process, there were some complications due to my trade-in being registered out-of-state. Lou did all the legwork on his end and made it so there was no extra effort required of me on my end. Lou was also very efficient through the financing process, which I appreciated since I had an evening work event that night. Wyllys also followed up with a nice text around the 6 month mark to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, and just generally doing well. There was no pressure to purchase any additional protection/service etc. This is a great example of the type of establishment this is and the quality of the people who work here. I do think as time goes on, the most successful dealerships will be the ones who make the buying process as straightforward (and pleasant) as possible. These guys do that exceptionally well. I am excited to see what the future has in store for this group. And if I am still in the area in 5 years, I will buy my next Jeep here. Thanks! More

We worked with David (sales mgr) with my sons first car a 2018 Charger GT and David was very pleasant and took care of anything he needed help with. Then we worked with John Ward for my sons second car purch 2018 Charger GT and David was very pleasant and took care of anything he needed help with. Then we worked with John Ward for my sons second car purchase of a 2022 Charger Scat Pack. John was quick to find out what accessories and options were wanted for the new car and priced it out and ordered it. With the supply chain and how terrible it is currently in the world it was amazing to receive a call as fast as we did to let us know the car had arrived. From start to finish was quick with no issues arising at all. Thank you John! Also Lou Martin was amazing explaining the financing process and all the warranties and options available to my son with his new vehicle. This location and its employees are always a pleasure to walk into and the service department is always very helpful and quick to get you in and out in a timely manner. Worked with Bill Reudgen when we purchased our truck last October 2021.. Very nice and professional. Did not push us and gave us time to make our decision. Then on May 4th, 2022 worked with Matt Evans for o October 2021.. Very nice and professional. Did not push us and gave us time to make our decision. Then on May 4th, 2022 worked with Matt Evans for our first oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Again very professional and very nice. The complimentary wash was a nice welcomed bonus.
