Carl, I was personally involved with your issue as you remember. I would like for you to let me know when at anytime I cussed you or "showed off" in front of our sales team. We bent over backwards to try and get your claim covered. We have no control over the decsisions of Extended Service companies. We even offered to assist in the repair for you even though we had no reponsibility for the mechanical breakdown., My very fair offer was still available for you but at this point due to your slanderous comments I will have to rethink my position.

We are sorry that the Extended Service Company declined the repair on your vehicle. As you are aware we sent documents numerous times as asked for by the ESC. As a dealership we have no control over the decisions of the ESC. We also feel that your case was handled professionally and politely at all times and are unaware of any unprofessional conversations with any of our employees.
