BUYER BEEARE. This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Starting off they were asking full retail price for a veh This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Starting off they were asking full retail price for a vehicle with damage down the entire passenger side that they shrugged off as "they couldn't see it" even when provided with a full, professional repair estimate. Laughed in my face when I told them I wanted the repair cost taken off the truck, and then slandered a well regarded local body shop as trying to scam me, even though I know that the estimate was truthful, because I do collision repair as my job and have done so for years. Even though the final offer was decently fair, me and my wife walked out due to the utter lack of professionalism and respect given to us by both the salesman who laughed in our face and the sales manager who refused to respond to my initial offer. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship!
