I’m leaving this review to let future customers know that I was car shopping for nearly 2 & 1/2 months, and couldn’t find a car dealership around that had car salesmans that I felt like I could trust, and a I was car shopping for nearly 2 & 1/2 months, and couldn’t find a car dealership around that had car salesmans that I felt like I could trust, and as the daughter of master tech who worked at a dealership for years, iv learned I will not do business with any dealerships I feel doesn’t have my best interest at heart, out of all the car salesman I met the only one I felt good to buy from was Mr. Joe Freeman from Mitchell Nissan in Enterprise Al. Not only did he pull any information I requested on any given car i inquired about with a quickness! He also kept up with me for through this entire car buying process every time he got a new arrival within my budget, he was friendly, he answered all my questions honestly, and the first day my husband and I went to go to Mitchell Nissan we were just looking but before I left he insisted on showing us the shop where all the trade ins get their safety inspections, as a quality assurance gesture, you can tell the techs that work here take pride in their jobs, as everything was neat and very tidy. No other salesman out of the 15+ we talked to even offered that. Nor did any of them keep up with me after the first initial meeting of them, except Mr Joe from Mitchell Nissan. I would also like to point out that sadly with the car shortage at dealerships right now we found our car private sale before The dealership had anything we were interested in BUT I would like future shoppers to take note that this review is that much more honest and true about this car salesman! I’m conclusion I highly recommend Mr Joe Freeman to sell anyone a car and in future he will be the first person I go to next time I go to buy a car! I also hope the dealership knows just how lucky it is to have such a great salesman and such awesome techs who take pride in their jobs!! More
