The negotiation went well, and even though I had signed the paperwork, and the vehicle was mine, Brad still noticed things were missing and not quite right, due to the vehicle being a used vehicle, and ordered necessary replacement parts. These parts were not necessary for operation, but decorative. Knowing that it was a Cadillac and Mitchell Nissans and his reputation, he wanted that it to be right with the smallest details corrected. I am a 21 year Navy veteran and as part of my collateral duties, I used to teach car buying. Which means this is a person that wants your business three to four years down the line, not someone that just wants to sell you a vehicle and then move on to the next dealership or another different job. After I signed the papers, the manager came and went over every detail to make sure that everything Brad told me was correct and nothing was missing or misunderstood. The service department, when I brought the vehicle back, to have these decorative parts replaced, Brad and the service department went above and beyond, and even replace things they and myself didn't even notice before. I live about a hundred miles away and would gladly drive that distance again the next time I need a vehicle to do business with Brad and Mitchell Nissan. More
