The worst customer service experience I ever had with Mitchell Nissan. I brought both of my vehicles in for an oil change with appointments. The one vehicle was taken care of and we picked it up and drop Mitchell Nissan. I brought both of my vehicles in for an oil change with appointments. The one vehicle was taken care of and we picked it up and dropped off the second one 15 minutes before designated time.?returned 90 minutes later and my car had not even been started on. I was told that my vehicle was put at the end because I didn’t give them a pick up time; unacceptable. The whole point of an appointment is so I can plan my day. This caused me to miss another appointment. No one offered to make it right. I did receive a very insincere apology. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years. You never put the blame on a customer and you find a way to make it right for them. Never should you make a customer feel like they are an inconvenience. More
