Candice. Thank you for the review. You purchased the Traverse on January 9th. We came to your job in Dothan and picked the Traverse up because you were having a problem. We left you a vehicle to drive so you would not be inconvenienced. We drove the Traverse back to Enterprise and repaired it for free. The vehicle was fine and fixed. On March 22rd you brought the vehicle back to us for a different issue. This issue has to do with compatibility of phones or devices attached to usb ports or paired to Bluetooth, according to Chevrolet. We have done everything you asked us to do and tried not to inconvenience you at all. I am sorry you are so upset with the service you have received, but we have picked your vehicle up and left you transportation. We have repaired your vehicle free of charge also.
