The sales people and service are all nice and courteous. It is the service and mechanics not paying attention to detail that I have a major problem with. Everytime I come to Mitchell Nissan I have an iss It is the service and mechanics not paying attention to detail that I have a major problem with. Everytime I come to Mitchell Nissan I have an issue it seems. On this most recent visit, they overfilled my vehicle with oil! I left the dealership and my car began to sputter, and gradually lost power. I was fortunate enough that I could turn around and make it back to them. I was about 20 minutes away from the dealership. I brought the vehicle back, they insisted, upon checking that the oil was done properly. However, it looked unusually dark, and didn't look like they drained the oil at all, before putting in the new oil. They did confirm it was 3 quarters of a quart to much in the engine, then they redone the oil change. This makes me feel like they want to purposely blow up my vehicle so that I'm be forced to repurchase, AND I won't have the free oil change for life anymore, since its not offered. Just because it isnt, doesn't give them the right to do that, if they are! Just because it is free, doesn't give them the right to rush things and do a poor job. They stated it was because of their new system that caused the error. Ridiculous, and potentially damaging to my vehicle!! On my first visit, they put in the wrong oil, so I had to take it back for them to put in the correct oil that the engine takes!! On subsequent visits, I've had a couple of lugnuts not put back on my tire after a rotation. They did comp me and told me my next rotation would be free, I insisted that this was done. I expect also, to be comped some how for my issues from my most recent visit. I will be speaking to the manager personally regarding that upon my next visit in January. You all need to watch what you're doing when you're working on others cars. It doesn't matter if they're used or new. I take meticulous care of my vehicle. I don't know if I'll allow Mitchell Nissan Sales my business in the future solely due to this issues, and the fact that they've caused so many issues that could've been easily prevented, had the mechanics just paid more attention. I do plan to keep bringing my vehicle as long as I own it to them, for service, however I will check over everything from now on.
