Came in with an appointment, the person behind me 10 min later was seen before me. Made the apt. For a PCM update for MAF, and they did a TCM update when I specifically said no, then tried to tell me I agre later was seen before me. Made the apt. Wound up doing the right thing which only took 15 min, wondering why the first update was over a hr, probably to keep labor up. All in all I will find a different Nissan dealership to go to. You should never argue with a customer especially when the customer is in the right. More
