We were happy to go get one of your vehicles and tow it to the dealership to help you out. We were happy to take care of the tow bill. As far as the certified pre owned Nissan Altima you are referencing in your comment, we gave you a carfax at the time of the sale. The carfax did not show any damage. Nissan also ran a carfax and it did not show any damage. We did not do anything incorrect with your purchase of your certified pre owned Nissan. We are sorry that you felt like we were rude in discussing your problem yesterday. We will continue to help you in any way we can.

You were absolutely rude both managers and as far as the car that I purchased that had to be towed in that was completely your service department’s mistake that left my daughter on the side of the road! I bought that car and it was supposed to have had work done and the problem wasn’t fixed so it was brought back a couple of days later for another part for the same problem and then the next day she was on the side of the road so yes it was your problem do not act is if you did me a favor! You sold me a new car for 30,000 2 months ago when I found out it had previously been wrecked and you say nobody knew about it you got completely disrespectful with me and disregarded everything I showed you to prove it had been wrecked! Then when I want to trade it in to get a new car which I thought I was buying to begin with you want to try to give me 22,000 for my car! Never again will I come there or recommend anyone! You didn’t want to resolve the issue you made the sell and didn’t want to correct anything after that!
