I must say this. This dealership went above and beyond during a trying time. Matt Harris (Sales Manager) & Anthony Andeen ( General Manager) were more than accommodating, Helpful & Informative while waiti during a trying time. Matt Harris (Sales Manager) & Anthony Andeen ( General Manager) were more than accommodating, Helpful & Informative while waiting to receive my vehicle. My only complaint I have was waiting 3 weeks for my Title to arrive at the dealership after placing a deposit and securing my financing. I understand that during these times of Covid and everything being slowed down this issue was out of the Dealers Hands. Although frustrating on my part I wish I would of known the Title was not on the premise. After a couple of E-mails to Anthony & Matt, expressing my frustration they sent 2 employees who drove just over 2hrs & 100 miles each way to my home in SE Mass with a loaner vehicle on the same day until my Title arrived. This move completely set me at Ease now having transportation. I felt bad for the two guys who drove this distance. They totally Righted the Wrong and Fixed the issue which I couldn't be more grateful for. Matt & Anthony responded immediately to every E-mail and Phone Call. Other than that issue of waiting for the Title everything was perfect from beginning to end. More

This is one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had and I have bought many new cars from various dealerships over the last 25 years (over 10)- and this dealership is excellent. VERY GOOD AND HONEST DEALER Have purchased and leased at least 5 cars in the last few years at Mitchell Selig Ford, new and used, and I have been completely satisfied with everyt Have purchased and leased at least 5 cars in the last few years at Mitchell Selig Ford, new and used, and I have been completely satisfied with everything at the dealership. Have used salesman Dante for the last three purchases and he is a very cordial, with no pressure at all. I have always gone in saying "show me the cheapest car available" and I have come out with exactly the car I wanted each time-no pressure to up sell. Dante is definitely a great salesperson to deal with. I have also always purchased the 3 year maintenance contract that Ford sells on the used cars that I have bought and everything I expected to be covered, was always covered, no questions asked. There has never been any hassles that you hear about with the online maintenance contracts. The service department is also very good. That's what brought me to this dealership in the first place. I had purchased a Mercury and a Lincoln at a dealer in East Hartford and I felt the Mitchell repair department was more honest and less pricier. And they have cut down the closing time to just over 1/2 hour. That I love. Used to hate going thru all the screens. They already know I don't want any add ons, so we fly thru the closing. Thank you Finance Manager! In summary, everything went perfect with the purchase of my last car, as well as all the others. I would strongly recommend the Mitchell Selig dealership to everyone. More
