Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and one you don't dread. Mitchell Subaru sales staff has learned what it takes to create a pleasant experience where reasonable offers are the norm with respect to new car purchases and trade in. Great service after the sale is also very important and this is where Mitchell Subaru has consistently excelled from Day one. What's the secret? It's everyone we come in contact with in Customer Service. They are customer focused professionals who truly know us as people and treat us as valued customers. We really appreciate it because buying a car is a big investment so you want the car to be something safe and reliable to drive. So, as it has been true for a long, long time, technology is helpful in making any enterprise efficient and cost-effective but in the end it doesn't matter how good the technology is or even how good the product being sold is, it's always going to be how great are the people you have to deal with that makes the difference when you decide who you want to do business with. ANOTHER FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE @ MITCHELL SUBARU I CONTACTED RICH O'LOUGHIN (MY SALESMAN) TO CLEAR UP A FEW THINGS ABOUT MY NEW FORESTER. I ALSO TALKED WITH VINNY, THE SERVICE MGR, ABOUT CHANGING MY I CONTACTED RICH O'LOUGHIN (MY SALESMAN) TO CLEAR UP A FEW THINGS ABOUT MY NEW FORESTER. I ALSO TALKED WITH VINNY, THE SERVICE MGR, ABOUT CHANGING MY FIRST SERVICE APPT. AND BUYING AREO CROSS BARS FOR MY ROOF RACK. AFTER GETTING ANSWERS FOR MY QUESTIONS FROM RICH, I DECIDED TO BUY THE CROSS BARS AND VINNY TOLD ME HE WOULD HELP ME INSTALL THEM BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP. I'M SO HAPPY THAT I DECIDED TO BUY MY NEW SUBARU FROM MITCHELL SUBARU. I CHECKED WITH ALL THE DEALERS IN CONNECTICUT BEFORE I DECIDED ON MITCHELL. Paul Olson did a very good job explaining all the features of the car. I enjoy the excellent handling and ride of the car. I do have one issue: there is some sort of material on the windshield that looks like drips of clear glue. It is only visible when driving into the sun and is very annoying. I would have liked to have it removed if i had noticed at the time of the test drive and purchase. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until after I had purchased the car. More
