They walk me through the steps I needed to take to finance my vehicle and when I was approved explain to me and showed me how to work my car. More
I had been getting prices online and decided to visit the dealership to look at the vehicles I had been inquiring about. When I arrived, I went inside to get some help. I walked around the showroom and even looked inside a couple of vehicles. To my surprise, not a person offered to help me, even though there were several salespeople at their desks. I then decided to walk around the lot to see if I could locate the vehicles I was interested in. I walked around the entire lot, found the vehicles and continued to hang around for 20 minutes. Again, no one offered to help. Bottom line is that this dealership must be more interested in dealing over the internet than actually talking to people and selling vehicles. I will not buy from them. I had the pleasure of meeting a salesman there by the name of Jake Hopkins. Jake listened to what it was that I was looking for, took the time to answer all my questions. Jake was not pressuring to me in anyway, yet projected a very caring attitude toward me as a potential customer. I decided to go back the following day after meeting with Jake, and sealed the deal. Jake then took all the time necessary,and didn't rush showing me everything in detail about my new purchase. Jake is quite down to earth, friendly, and very easy to talk to. I will definitely be reccommending Jake to others who are interesting in making a purchase. I think we all have some adversions to car buying, but one thing for sure this is one deal that I am thankful to have made contact with Mr. Hopkins. He is definitely an asset to Modern Chevrolet, and I look forward to future transactions. Thanks again Jake! More

This was a great experience!!! Jake Hopkins is a class act and I will return to him the next time I need a car. I am not an easy sell and he was able to not only sell me one but two cars that was needed act and I will return to him the next time I need a car. Bought a (new) Equinox. Great selection on lot. Jake was very helpful in explaining options, finances, setting up test drive, etc. All other employees met were nice and knowledgeable as well.
