This experience started with a general inquiry about a car that I had seen on the website. After arriving at the dealership I was greeted by another salesman. After talking for a few minutes, I was surp car that I had seen on the website. After arriving at the dealership I was greeted by another salesman. After talking for a few minutes, I was surprised that my inquiry was still in their system. The sales person that I was working with was honest and stated that another salesman had answered my online inquiry and that he would get him for me. The process was so easy.. I had only gone there to take a look on my way to work.. To my surprise, I was able to get everything done, including a quick test drive, and still made it to work on time. I only had to go back to sign the papers and take delivery of the car.. this is the first time my car buying experience has been this quick and easy. I will be sure to refer others to Modern. Thanks to Jake in sales, and Steve in the business office for a great experience. More

I went in to Modern service dept to address a few issues with a 08 Suburban that I purchased on March 27th that I have only put 1200 miles on since the purchase. One trip to GA was 800 of these miles where I learned the GPS wouldn't work because I was never given the disc for it to opperate. Took the truck to get a mirror fixed that I found was falling of when I washed it after this trip. Told them that I never recieved the GPS disc, the mirror was falling off and the door handle was coming off and needed to be correct. WRONG, they said I was out of luck on all issues,I should have called them earlier on the disc but I just found out when I drove it. Didn't realize I had to drive a certain amount each month. I thought since I was paying I could drive it ehen I wanted.They suggested I had taken the disc and done something with it and that they would have caught the mirror before it left(trust them They said).They even ask me if I had a job, not sure but I think that was just another way to insult me further.They sent me a message on facebook saying they wanted to find a resolution asap and please come in and see thier GM, I called and he is out of town this week and they hid all my facebook post.So who knows how this ends but until these issues have been resolved I will not refer or do buisiness with them again and continue to post on every site I can to warn other customers. More
Jake was very friendly. He made me feel like family and not just a customer. He was there through the whole process. It felt good to know that I was the priority. Everytime someone would call on him he world politely say he was with a customer. And even offered a helping hand after the transaction was complete. Most sales persons say once the sale is done its done but that wasn't the case here. So I am glad to say I made the right decision! More
