Very pleased with Jake he was great to work with making the buying a car business a more pleasant job. The one thing I did not like was the license plate holder installed on the front bumper. I had to pay a lot of money to have it removed and the holes drilled in the bumper repaired. I don't believe this should be done unless the customer wants the holder installed. If I ever buy another car, I will not buy it if this has been done to the car. More
Was so impressed with your service. I had recent surgery and was unable to go to the dealership. Roger brought the car to my house to "try it out.". Jessica was an awesome saleswoman. From the first phone call to the final papers signed, she was very friendly and eager to assist us with any questions or problems. She got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay and also got us what we wanted for trade in on our car. The only problem I saw with this dealership............not Jessica as it was not her fault............they do NOT fill you new car up with gas. I took my trade in to them with a little under a full tank of gas. I wasn't thinking when we left SC to go there and I filled up but then didn't feel bad when we were told we'd get a full tank of gas in our new car. I didn't realize it until we were halfway home and had to stop cause we were on empty. Jessica Gatewood is definitely someone you would love to work with but the management there needs to be a little more courteous and gracious to their customers and give them a tank of gas before they leave. Other than that my experience was awesome. More

We had the idea we were going to replace the Accord with an Accord or Acura tl. Then Corvette SOLD!!!!! Why??? PRICE AND PEOPLE. We fell in love with the car. I came back to modern to purchase another vehicle because I got such great service five years ago, I thought well modern is like home go back and do business with them again and I did.Mr Jake Hopkins was my sales associate he is a pretty nice guy,I told him what I was looking for and he(Jake)found me a 2010 GMC Acadia.I took it for a test drive with him and my dad, and it drove so smooth, I had to have it. I am pleased with my vehicle because that is the brand I wanted. The problem I had was when everything was done far as paper work,I got my vehicle and looked at the gas gauge it was 3/4 from empty I asked Mr Hopkins are you going to fill it up he said they(modern)only gave me 15 dollars to put in my tank,I ended up putting 60 dollars of my money into the tank for it to be on full.Also I was promised a rewards package via mail I have not received that yet. My wife just purchased a vehicle from Flow Honda and got great service from sales associate and dealership, with a full tank of gas. I'm pleased with my vehicle, but in the future if I need to purchase a vehicle,I would buy else where More
