I came back to modern to purchase another vehicle because I got such great service five years ago, I thought well modern is like home go back and do business with them again and I did.Mr Jake Hopkins was my sales associate he is a pretty nice guy,I told him what I was looking for and he(Jake)found me a 2010 GMC Acadia.I took it for a test drive with him and my dad, and it drove so smooth, I had to have it. I am pleased with my vehicle because that is the brand I wanted. The problem I had was when everything was done far as paper work,I got my vehicle and looked at the gas gauge it was 3/4 from empty I asked Mr Hopkins are you going to fill it up he said they(modern)only gave me 15 dollars to put in my tank,I ended up putting 60 dollars of my money into the tank for it to be on full.Also I was promised a rewards package via mail I have not received that yet. My wife just purchased a vehicle from Flow Honda and got great service from sales associate and dealership, with a full tank of gas. I'm pleased with my vehicle, but in the future if I need to purchase a vehicle,I would buy else where More

When you walk in the door at Modern, everyone is pleasant, sometimes you are greeted outside as soon as you drive up and maybe before you get inside to the lobby. I have known Jake Hopkins for 20+ years and we both are Alumni from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. When I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu last summer. Jake Hopkins, a Sales Consultant made this purchase a smooth transaction for me. Jake worked so quick and thorough that I even made it to Bible Study that Wednesday evening! My questions were answered before I asked them and he told me everything and more about my new 2011 Chevrolet Malibu! After making a decision to purchase my vehicle, Jake introduced me to Modern's Manager, the Finance Manager and the Service Manager. The Service Manager gave me a Rewards Discount card at that moment to be used at each visit to the Modern Chevrolet service department. More
