We were on our way from Gibsonville NC to Oklahoma when vehicle massage appeared warning of issue requiring attention that will result in speed maximum to reduce to 4 mph if not resolved. We detoured to closes dealer arriving prior to opening. After opening, service manage introduced himself and proceeded to take our information. He was very courteous and suggested we wait in lounge while service technician examined the issue. He reported back periodically on status. First reports was major repairs was needed but returned stating they were testing DEF to confirm. Later came back saying DEF tested good and they could do a forced rejuvenation and programing and we could be on our way. I thanked him but also expressed my concerns over continuing to Oklahoma. We could return home and transfer to another vehicle as an option as It was over a 1000 miles with several places with no services. He assured me this was a fix and warning would not reappear. We got back on the road after 4 hours and $400+ payment ,thankful for the service. Truck done great for the next 6 hours (350 miles)Saturday . Sunday morning we continued our journey. After an hour driving through Nashville Tn the “Warning “ reappeared stating we could travel 88 miles before speed would began reducing, as stated earlier. We were forced to get a hotel in Jackson Tn so we can drive it to the Serra Chevrolet Dealer Monday morning. Now we are in Jackson Tn, 500 miles from home trying to figure out how or when we can get back home. More

Very disappointed, lied to, belittled, rushing, total rip off. Finance guy was so RUDE, hateful and belittling would not recommend. Most horrible experience at a dealership we have ever experience. Tried to sell us a 2019 traverse that had glass in the passenger door and leaking roof. Then sold us a new traverse that said it only had 5 miles on it, lied we ended up with one that had 65 miles on it, also when salesman showed us online they had 4 and the base one we looked at with him had 5 miles and when I checked my phone to look at it more, it stated on the window sticker it was from the Winston Salem location, when we went back to see the one they had given us it actually came had Clemmons on the window sticker instead and more miles! They straight up lied to us. Completely lost our trust and wouldn't recommend to anyone, they could have done better than they did to us, most horrible experience ever at a dealership how we were treated. They should fix all this! More

Have had our car for over 7 months now yes we have a loaner but still making our payments and insurance Don’t even know how to update until I call and complain about not getting updates It’s very unprofessional and I wish we could get buyback or something else and just be done with the situation. University Winston Purchased a Jeep for my daughter, Salesman was insanely nice and helpful we test drove the car found some spots in the windshield they agreed to fix told us they had put brand new tir Salesman was insanely nice and helpful we test drove the car found some spots in the windshield they agreed to fix told us they had put brand new tires on the car and we noticed something leaking under motor and requested it checked before we sealed the deal, as they agreed, got a call a few days later all was checked and nothing was wrong were told it was oil from where they had just changed and filled everything. Great . Windshield was fixed we took the car home(after finding out there were NOT new tires on it only two new wheels) Upon getting the car home we noticed the coolant was almost empty despite them recently filling so decided to take it to our mechanic to check it out while we were under the 3 day 150 mile exchange. Our mechanic comes to find it is in fact a leaking seal that he could tell had been checked recently and same broken seal but back in and upon doing so Modern didn't even put all of the screws back in to secure the seal. I called modern who asked me to make the 75 mile drive back to have it "fixed". I come to say this This car is for my 16 year old, the issue has already been addressed once at Modern and NOT fixed so why would I drive to them and allow them to fix the problem when they didn't fix it the first time and trust them to actually do it this time? So if you are marketing for a used car i do not recommend Modern nor' do I recommend the service there. Either they lie and aren't trustworthy or they just truly do not know what they are doing when it comes to anything past the SELL. Editing to add currently awaiting a tow truck on side of the road will be second time in two weeks having issues that were supposedly fixed before purchasing More
