We called and made the deal in round numbers over the phone, When we went to look at the car (250 Miles), they called to make sure when we would be arriving so that the the car would be ready. They car was ready when we arrived with a tag on it for our test drive. They car was inside and nicely detailed. We came back and finalized the deal and were ready to go in about an hour. They offered, but did not try to push extended warranties or additional services. We were very pleased with Modern Motorcars and are very pleased with the Mercedes. More
