From the time we entered the dealership until we drove off the lot with our new vehicle purchase, both my husband and I were very impresssed with the great experience with Mohawk Chevrolet. James took great care in listening to what we were looking for and what we wanted that would be right for our budget. Josh was also great with explain the financial portion among other automotive needs to us. He & James both took the time to answer the many questions we had and did not make us feel rushed. We were also happy with having Kacey show us the many features of our new vehicle. We are Chevy people and when we do make our next purchase, we will not go anywhere else. Mohawk Chevy and the people that work there do a great job with customer service and both my husband and I highly recommend going there. Thank you all!! More

Was not impressed with the service I received from Mohawk. My rear defroster caught fire in my Silverado, first call was to Mohawk and I was told I needed to get my rear window replaced before they co Mohawk. My rear defroster caught fire in my Silverado, first call was to Mohawk and I was told I needed to get my rear window replaced before they could look at it. Got it replaced at Glass America and took it to Mohawk, had to argue with the them to get it checked out ((showed a safety bulletin) they put on my paperwork that now because it was aftermarket window it was not safe. Even though I tried to explain the OEM window was the one that caught fire and shattered. More
