Where do I start. .. Mohawk Chevrolet made my dream of having a new Silverado come true. I knew I wanted a Chevy Silverado 1500 and I had been talking a length wi .. Mohawk Chevrolet made my dream of having a new Silverado come true. I knew I wanted a Chevy Silverado 1500 and I had been talking a length with my girlfriend Siterra Bovee who works at Mohawk Chevrolet in the BDC Department for months about it. Finally, she had enough of my talking and reached out to her BDC Manager Kate Gumienny and Kate took the ball and ran with it. Kate worked behind the scenes for me to find out what my previous vehicle trade in was worth, to find out if I even qualified for my new truck, and to crunch the numbers. Whether is was Siterra and Kate talking during work or messaging each other after hours with questions or concerns they got the deal done for me. They are the real MVP's. Kate then passed the baton off to Jess DiTrapano who met with me in person to discuss and show me my new truck. Every time I met Jess she always greeted me with a huge smile, a handshake, and seemed more pumped about me getting my dream truck than even I was. Jess made the in person buying experience flawless and enjoyable. She even got me...even though I swore I never would....do the arm pose...I couldn't help it. I was was SO excited. Karley Knickerbocker did an excellent job at getting me familiarized with my new truck and all it's capabilities. Looking at all the bells and whistles was intimidating but after the 20 minutes she was with me I felt like completely comfortable. I think her role in the car buying process is extremely important. Jack Marsh did a great job sitting down with me and discussing the financial aspect of my new truck. He was up front and honest. He told me things from his personal experience he has seen or heard from others when it comes to what extended warranties to consider. He was extremely approachable and even got you laughing even though your there signing away a large sum of money. So if anyone is looking for a new vehicle I STRONGLY recommend Mohawk Chevrolet. I was burnt and had a bad taste in my mouth after my previous and first car buying experience at another dealership and was very hesitant about walking into Mohawk Chevrolet and having the same possibly happen again. However, I was assured by everyone involved that was NOT going to be the case and after leaving there in my new 2021 Silverado LT I felt like more than just a customer....I was family to them.
