The service department is awesome. They are always right there to greet you and help with anything you need. They offer everything possible to make your wait comfortable. The service manager, Steven Duncan is just the best, friendly, patient and kind. I have been there many times for hours and I have watched him get yelled at and he remains calm, professional and truly tries to satisfy the customer.
