The dealership totally lacks communication skills. When I had a problem it took two days and three calls before I finally got a call back. This Covid pandemic has messed up a lot of things in everyone's lives, from the loss of loved ones to delays in receiving products and services. Even with my salesman missing time for surgery, another stepped up to take his place without missing a beat.
