I purchased a certified Silverado from Mohawk a few months ago, which was nothing but problems. I’d reach out to sales, service, management regularly and was getting nowhere. That is until Sales Manager Katie got on board. I spoke with Katie late last week, she organized things on her end, and now I’ll be picking up a new vehicle tomorrow. Most everyone I dealt with has been kind and professional, but Katie took the time to understand and correct the issue with the problem vehicle within days.
