We advise all our customers who get a chip in their windshield after they take delivery of their vehicle to contact their insurance company as we are not allowed to pass a vehicle with a chip or crack in the windshield on NY State inspection and cannot deliver it without one. We know you were concerned about having to pay a deductible or having a premium increase and that is why our manager spent some time personally calling your insurance company today to get all the information for you. We look to help our customers in any way that we can.
