After an exhausting search for a truck that I wanted I found one at Mohawk Chevrolet. Called and was treated with upmost respect and they held to their word when saying that they’d hold the truck(Chevy RS found one at Mohawk Chevrolet. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was set up with Jack Marsh for a sales associate and was pleasantly surprised. Jack was very professional and kind as well as being very eager to help. Jack went above and beyond to help me out and made, the often dreaded car shopping/buying experience, about as smooth as I’ve ever had. Jack was on the spot and honest through the whole process. Robert Newton was awesome when we got to the financing process. We had an amazing experience and I would recommend Mohawk Chevrolet and Jack Marsh and will be referring anyone that I can to go and see them. Super satisfied customer here! I did not like that they charge me $149 to analyze what I told them was a brake light fuse that had gone out and I would like the fuse replaced. Got an oil change, but where I got oil change couldn't give me inspection due to other issues. Same day I then drove to dealership. Dealership did diagnosis for items required to get inpection, many issue give me inspection due to other issues. Same day I then drove to dealership. Dealership did diagnosis for items required to get inpection, many issues found, no problem expected its an old car. But then I was told there was no oil in car, which seemed impossible. Like I said I had just got oil change and it's not like there was black smoke billowing out when I drove it there. But taking there word I called where I had gotten oil change to tell them, there was no oil. They couldn't understand why or how and were very apologetic. But when I picked my car up from dealer, they then told me there actually was oil, but only 3 quarts. Felt like I was playing a game of telephone. No one knew what they were talking about. When I got home I googled it, and actually I think there was oil all along, but because I had just gotten an oil change it was too clear and not reading on the dip stick. I checked when I got home, and eureka!!! Way more oil then should even be in the car. But you would think the experts would know that when they checked the oil during diagnosis after I told them I had just gotten an oil change!!! And I could not have lost 7 quarts of oil on the way there. More
