One reason I gave this service center three stars was because I didn't like being up-sold when I arrived, I had already indicated on line what services I wanted. Also, when I went to pay, I was given a because I didn't like being up-sold when I arrived, I had already indicated on line what services I wanted. Also, when I went to pay, I was given a different amount to pay than what I saw online. Apparently when you schedule your service through the GM Rewards website, you are not charged what the website says. That price is only good if you have a coupon. Also, the website said I was entitled to a 22,500 mile check-up and no price was mentioned, therefore I assumed that it was part of my lease agreement. It was not. The two girls in the office where you pay were very helpful. One girl helped me cash out more of my reward money because I didn't anticipate the increase in cost. The other even looked up on the GM website to confirm what I said I saw. That girl went to ask a manger (I believe) and she politely mentioned my concerns to the manager. The manager gave her an attitude that I don't think a customer should have been within ear shot of. All the manager had to do was say that I needed a coupon, instead she had an attitude that came across to me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. I didn't plan on leasing or buying a Chevy for my next car and this just confirmed that Mohawk is not the same as Northstar. As far as the time it took to complete my services, that was awesome. I also wished that there were Saturday appointments available on the website. Those days were blacked out. More

These guys are very thorough and fair. My only criticism is the last time I was in, they mistakenly told me I had a recall that needed correction. I moved my schedule around and brought the truck in. It was only after I called 3 hours later to determine if the work was complete that they told me that the recall had been completed months ago. I feel like they should have checked on my truck as soon as it came into the shop and not let me wait 3 hours before doing so. More
