This dealership is terrible! Was asked after I test drove vehicle if I was really interested , go figure drive almost two hours and spent time then when it came to negotiations I Was asked after I test drove vehicle if I was really interested , go figure drive almost two hours and spent time then when it came to negotiations I said a deal could be offered through my pre qualification through cargurus yet their interest rate through their bank was not acceptable nor was certain conditions of the the vehicle, once I made my offer the sales manager George said he’d get back to me yet he didn’t and when I called less than two days later he said a deposit was taken on the car, but weeks went by before the car actually sold and after inquiring several times they gave me a ba story about brakes being ordered, no this dealership decided to wait and find a better target, stay clear , and no response would be acceptable since we were in mid negotiations , I have told many colleagues and friends who are in business and they all agreed, they wanted their terms financially or another buyer! Beware! Stay clear! More

Staff were professional and customer focus as well as the whole service area in taking care of my needed repairs. I had an immediate issue (battery died on the Northway) in which staff quickly evaluated and whole service area in taking care of my needed repairs. Aelyn kept me apprised of its status (although I learned I could have tracked on my phone). The price was fairly competitive. Finally, I appreciated the free car wash and noted that my tires were brought up to what I presume was the correct pressure. More

Was in to service my adaptive cruise and lane keep as those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determ those features stopped working and also to verify the 2nd key I received was to my vehicle. Was there over 4 hours and the conclusion was they determined a camera was faulty so that would need to be ordered and installed later and a 2nd key to be ordered as well. TBD if that camera fixes the issues. More
