I always ask if my car can be ran through the wash after, however it never is. I also would just think this dealership would go above and beyond service if they saw a sticker needing to go on the windshield. however it never is. They said they never got the issue and didn't do anything such as replace the battery to remedy the issue. As soon as i got home and turned the car off the message appeared. More

Purchased a used vehicle and had problems with it after 2 days. Dealer took it in to diagnose, had it back a week later, then had further problems and car was back in the shop again. Had my 2024 serviced, and NY state inspection oil 100%, tires all good, front brake 89% two days later service notice service brake sensor, brought i Had my 2024 serviced, and NY state inspection oil 100%, tires all good, front brake 89% two days later service notice service brake sensor, brought it back to Mohawk and was told it needed brake pads??? 20,000 miles + just passed NYS vehicle inspection?? No pads in stock. Came back in for brake pads, I believe the truck has bad calipers as the pads wear uneven, and now I have a pulsation in the pedal, which feels like warped rotors. More
