I brought my diesel truck to mohawk Chevrolet on April 27th because the check engine light came on. I was told it was a bad particulate sensor. The truck was driving fine even with the check engine light 27th because the check engine light came on. I was told it was a bad particulate sensor. The truck was driving fine even with the check engine light on. The dealership took the truck apart to replace the particulate sensor then informed me they were unable to remove the sensor and would now need to replace the entire DEF system. On April 28th. I was told the DEF system would be ordered and that the truck should be repaired by April 30th. I made it very clear in the beginning that I rely on this truck to haul my horses and that being without It would create serious hardship. Despite that, communication has been poor and timelines kept changing. As of May 14th I still have no truck and no part. While they did offer me a rental car, that does not replace the function of a diesel truck capable of towing my horses and equipment. What has been most frustrating is that I brought the truck to Mohawk because I believed they were reputable and trustworthy. Instead a repair that started as a sensor issue has turned into weeks without my vehicle and no clear resolution. I understand parts delays can happen, but the lack of urgency and communication, and practical customer support has been extremely disappointing, especially when customers depend on these vehicles for a essential responsibility like transporting animals. At this point I cannot recommend the dealership based on my experience. More

Failed to keep their word on having the vehicle detailed and buffed prior to my picking it up. They stated they would honor this request when I came back to have a missing part installed. They did install t and buffed prior to my picking it up. They stated they would honor this request when I came back to have a missing part installed. They did install the part but the detailing left a lot to be desired with streaks all over the windows and areas that were not cleaned at all. They never did buff the small scuffs out of the paint as they promised. Would not trust them to do maintenance as I would not trust that they did what they said they would. It seemed as if no one truly knew what another part of the team had done or was suppose to be doing. Very disorganized. More

Hey did a good job on my car, timely and professional but very expensive. The facilities are top notch, clean and comfortable waiting area. I guess that's why it's so expensive to have work done. When the interest rates come back down, I plan on trading in for a newer model. More
