When I purchased the vehicle, they were supposed to have a few things done that weren’t done. I was told they were short on people and it would be an IOU. They called me and asked me to bring it back this w a few things done that weren’t done. I was told they were short on people and it would be an IOU. They called me and asked me to bring it back this week to have those things done when they called for me to come pick it up. I noticed one of the things still weren’t done. The bedliner was not sprayed. Very disappointing in this. More

They don’t understand how to prioritize work that needs to be done. Especially when the issue was the dealerships fault, it should be their concern to resolve it as soon as possible.
